Mollala Train Park

We found the coolest park ever! At least for a little boy! The Mollala Train Park is open on Sundays throughout the summer. It's a drive to get out there... but bring a picnic lunch...it's worth the drive. They had 3-4 trains running and each ride was about 5 minutes. We got off one train and waited for the next one (thankfully it wasn't too busy and the wait was not bad at all). At first Logan was holding on tight but by the end he would let go long enough to wave at all the people we were passing. So fun....and it was FREE (donations were accepted)!!!

But above all fishing was the best part! Thanks to Uncle Stevie and Aunt Betsy and a new little fishing pole. Nate's a real natural! We had a lot of fun in the water.

Timothy Lake Camping

The boys first time camping! They absolutely LOVED it! and came home filthy! We went with Uncle Stevie and Aunt Betsy and Oma and Papa Jim. We went on nature walks, drove our trucks in the dirt, and ate smores.

Library Storytime

Every summer the library sponsors a summer reading program which includes entertaining performances once a week. This week we saw the Magician. Nate was totally into it and kept laughing at all his jokes. Afterwards he got to give him a high 5. Cool!
